What we are
We are a dispatch service based at 1706 Tennison Pkwy in Colleyville. When you call (817) 623-9267, a dispatcher listens to what happened, helps you stop the source and arranges licensed and insured restoration professionals who work the area. The people on your property are those professionals, and the dispatch line is how you reach them at any hour.
Because several contractors may take jobs, this site does not publish personal names, license numbers or certification counts. We would rather tell you that plainly than invent credentials. Ask whoever arrives about their license and insurance, and expect a straight answer.
How a job works
- 1
You call
The dispatcher asks what the water touched and whether it is still moving.
- 2
We explain
Scope and price are described before work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- 3
Crew arrives
Same-day response is available when a crew is free. We do not promise an arrival time.
- 4
Work is documented
Photos, readings and removed materials are recorded for your records and your insurer.
The standards we cite
ANSI/IICRC S500 is the published standard for professional water damage restoration, and ANSI/IICRC S520 is the published standard for mold remediation. We name them so you can ask any company you consider whether its crews work to them. We do not claim a firm certification on this site.
Insurance facts on these pages come from the Texas Department of Insurance. Weather facts come from the National Weather Service. City facts come from the City of Colleyville and the neighboring cities' own websites. Where we could not verify something, we left it out or told you to ask the city.
What we do not do
- We do not repair pipes, roofs or foundations. Those are plumbing, roofing and foundation trades.
- We do not promise that an insurance claim will be approved. Your policy and your insurer decide.
- We do not offer equipment rental. Drying needs correct placement and monitoring.
- We do not give medical advice about mold. Health questions belong with a physician.
- We do not promise an arrival time or a price before the scope is known.
What to have ready when you call
- The address of the property and the nearest cross street.
- Where the water came from and whether it is still running.
- Which rooms and materials are wet, and roughly how large the area is.
- Whether the water looks clean, gray or dark, and whether it smells.
- Your insurance company name and policy number, if you have them handy.
- Whether anyone in the house has breathing problems or is elderly or very young.
None of this has to be perfect. A dispatcher can work with partial answers, and a crew confirms the details when it reaches the property. The more you can say about the source and the size of the wet area, the better the scope you hear before work starts.
How we handle your records
Restoration documentation matters long after the work ends. Crews record moisture readings, take photos of damage and of removed materials, and note the equipment used and how long it ran. You can ask for those records for your insurer or for a future home sale.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. The privacy page explains what that means, and the terms page covers how this website may be used.
Questions worth asking any restoration company
- Are you licensed and insured, and can you show proof on arrival?
- Will you explain the scope and the way the price is built before work starts?
- How will you document moisture readings and the equipment you use?
- What happens if you find more damage once walls or floors are opened?
- Do you work to ANSI/IICRC S500, and how do you decide when the structure is dry?
These questions apply to us and to anyone else you call. A company that answers them plainly is usually one you can work with. If you get vague answers or pressure to sign immediately, slow down and keep comparing.
Mold work has one more rule. Texas separates the people who assess mold from the people who remediate it, so the same licensee cannot do both on one project. The mold remediation page explains how that protects you.
