How this website takes requests
This website has no contact forms, no account sign-ups and no chat box. Every request for service starts with a phone call to the dispatch line at (817) 623-9267, so the information we receive is the information you choose to say on the call.
Call recording notice
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call and ask how else to proceed.
What we may receive during a call
When you call, we may receive your phone number, the name you give, the address of the property, a description of the damage and any details you share about your insurance policy. We use this information to understand the loss, to send a crew when one is available and to follow up on the work you asked about.
Please do not read out payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or similar sensitive numbers on a first call. A dispatcher will tell you what is actually needed to schedule an assessment.
How call information is used
- To dispatch a restoration crew or arrange an assessment at your property.
- To explain the scope of work and how pricing is set before work starts.
- To keep records of the job for your insurance documentation when you ask for them.
- To review calls for quality and to train the people who answer them.
Who may see call information
Because the dispatch line connects callers with licensed and insured restoration professionals who serve the area, details about your job are shared with the contractor assigned to it. We do not publish call details, and we do not use this website to collect or sell personal profiles.
Website data and third-party services
Like most websites, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, such as the time of a visit and the page requested. The maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to those services when a page loads. Their own privacy policies apply to that traffic.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about a call you made, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@colleyvillewaterdamagepros.com from the address you want us to use. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
If we change how calls or website data are handled, we will update this page. Using the site or calling the line after an update means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy can go to contact@colleyvillewaterdamagepros.com or to our business address, 1706 Tennison Pkwy, Colleyville, TX 76034.
