General information only
The articles, guides and checklists on this site are general information about water damage, flooding and mold. They are not engineering, legal, insurance or medical advice. Every property and every loss is different, so a crew that inspects your property in person has the final say on what your situation needs.
Service requests happen by phone
This site does not take orders or schedule work online. Calling (817) 623-9267 connects you with dispatch. A phone conversation about scope or pricing is not a binding contract. The scope of work, the price and the terms of any job are explained to you before work starts, and work begins only when you agree to them.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Contractors and availability
Restoration work is carried out by licensed and insured professionals who serve the Colleyville area. Availability depends on the time of day, the size of the loss and how many calls are in progress, so we can respond the same day when a crew is available but we cannot promise an arrival time.
Insurance and flood coverage
Nothing on this site tells you what your insurance policy covers. Coverage depends on your policy, the cause of the loss and your insurer's decision. Read your policy and talk to your insurer or agent about any claim.
Accuracy and links
We work to keep the information here accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Local rules, utility information and building requirements change, so confirm them with the city or agency named on the page. The site may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Colleyville Water Damage Pros is not liable for losses that result from relying on the general information on this website. This does not limit any right you have under Texas law or under a written agreement for work at your property.
